The Holiday Season Is Here! November Winner!

Dollhouse Miniatures
The Holiday Season is here and I cannot believe it!  The week has been very interesting and packed with activities such as meeting new friends, attending fun classes, voting and Holiday Shopping.  My grandson turned 3 since I last posted and I am amazed at what his little brain has recorded in such a short time on earth.  Amazing!

Are you one of those shoppers whose shopping list is completed in July!  Well, Bless you.  I usually wait until a few days before Christmas.  But, with two grandsons, it is so much fun to start early.  Although I know Christmas is not all about giving gifts, decorations, great food and families coming together,  we celebrate.  We celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ along with all the commercial stuff we've celebrated when we didn't really know the real reason.  Was Jesus Christ born on December 25th?  Probably not, but he was born so I think December 25th is a great time to celebrate his birth.  It is one of my favorite times of the year.  I hope you enjoy this wonderful season of Thanksgiving and Christmas celebrations.

Congratulations!  Our November winner, Atamoment, made the following comment:

"Hey Felma - Its just amazing to me what you can do with a piece of paper. The dress is simply beautiful. You are so talented and have such a gift. You are an inspiration to us all. Congrats to your daughter and I wish I had half of yours or her energy lol. Count me in on the giveaway. Thanks for all of your help."

I must say that I am disappointed about a couple of give a ways:  1)  Our August give a way, mailed the last week of August, has not made it to Spain.  If you were the winner, please contact me with new mailing information.  2)  The winner of our October give a way, also in Spain, has not contacted me with mailing information.

Please, if you were one of those winners and technically cannot return my e-mails, leave a comment on this post and I will not make your mailing information public.  Thank you so much.

192 followers is a great Blessing for me.  Thank you so much for making my journey to celebrating life easier.  I really look forward to reading your comments.  I think it is the desire to feel connected with friends.

Prayer Warriors?  This is a sad day for me.  I ask that you pray for my brother whose wife was just diagnosed with terminal cancer.  Please pray that God provides the strength my lovely brother and his family need to prepare for this challenge they are facing.  I also ask that you pray for peace and understanding for all of us as we trek to our final destination.  Thank you.

May God continue to Bless all of you and your family.

Hugs to All.

Felma, my prayers are with your brother and all of your family as you face this time of challenge. My the Lord grant the miracle of healing if it is His will, and give you all strength and peace whatever the outcome. As we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ (no matter when He was born) I hope it reminds us that we have a precious hope for the future and that He is with us no matter what we face here in this life.
Blessings,
Sandie
