Free For March! Miniature Dress Give Away!

I cannot let March pass without giving away one of the dresses I asked you to check back for.  I made this real beauty that reflects the happiness I feel;  the blackness (blouse) of death has lifted and I see a really bright future (skirt) embraced with shinning stars of goodness (faux diamond buttons).
